1NCBlockchain (the "Platform") is operated by South Armz Global ("South Armz Global", "we", "us", "our"), a North Carolina business and the holding entity for the 1NCBlockchain platform and related operating subsidiaries. References to "1NCBlockchain" throughout this policy refer to the platform; the legal entity collecting and processing your personal information is South Armz Global.
