One hundred counties
One token, every county.
Today there's a single NCCC token that every county shares — no per-county tokens yet. Every county connects through its nearest regional hub, with its own leaderboard and a share of a community fund routed to county-directed grants, voted on by the people who live there. Dedicated per-county tokens are a long-term goal, to be introduced as community involvement and adoption grow.
Infrastructure
City hubs, one chain.
The platform runs on Base, an Ethereum L2 with low fees and fast confirmations. Each city gets its own hub on its own domain, all settling to the same chain — so a hub is a front door, not a fork.
EVM Native
Base is a full EVM chain, so developers deploy standard Solidity contracts with familiar tooling.
One Shared Ledger
Every city hub reads and writes the same Base chain — no bridges, no forks. Tokens and data move natively.
Low Fees, Fast Finality
Base is an Ethereum L2 secured by Ethereum, with cheap transactions and quick confirmations.
