Brigham "Bigg" Lee is the founder and sole operator of 1NCBlockchain. From a single workstation in North Carolina, he has shipped 14 deployed contracts on Base, an autonomous trading agent that runs 24/7 across Kraken, Coinbase, and Alpaca, an on-chain governance system, an NFT marketplace, multi-channel bots (Discord, Telegram, X), and a 100-county landing-page network — all without outside funding.
The thesis: state-level blockchain infrastructure is a public good worth building before someone else captures it. Counties get a token, citizens get the rails, North Carolina gets the first-mover advantage. Every losing trade goes on the public ledger. No curated windows.
