When you create an account, we collect your email address, full name, and optionally your NC county. This information is stored securely in our database (hosted by Supabase).
We collect information about how you use the Platform, including course progress, quiz scores, trading activity, and feature interactions. This data helps us improve the user experience.
If you connect a blockchain wallet, we store your public wallet address. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrases.
When you use our buy or sell features (powered by third-party providers such as Transak and Ramp Network), we collect and store transaction records including: cryptocurrency amounts, fiat amounts, transaction status, order identifiers, provider names, platform fees applied, and estimated delivery times. We do not collect or store your bank account details, credit card numbers, or government-issued identity documents — those are handled directly and securely by our third-party payment partners.
Certain services (such as buying or selling cryptocurrency for fiat currency) require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC). This verification is performed entirely by our third-party payment partners (Transak, Ramp Network). We do not collect, process, or store your KYC documents, government IDs, selfies, or proof-of-address. We may collect standard web analytics data such as browser type, device information, IP address, and pages visited. We do not use invasive tracking cookies.
Your data is stored on Supabase (cloud-hosted PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring users can only access their own data. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit and follow security best practices for data at rest.
Financial transaction records are stored with restricted access controls. Only you can view your own transaction history, and administrative access is limited to authorized personnel for support and compliance purposes.
While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute data security.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. Financial services features (buying and selling cryptocurrency) are restricted to users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Our service providers (Supabase, Transak, Ramp Network) may store or process data in various jurisdictions.
