Weekly NCCC buyback + burn

Designed to route 25% of the platform's 30% IAP cut + 50% of subscription revenue to a weekly market buyback, burning the bought NCCC to 0x…dEaD. Fee accrual is live; the buyback sweep runs in dry-run only (no transactions signed). Another 25% of subscription revenue is earmarked for stakers; 25% for operations.

Single-sided NCCC staking

A fee-distribution mechanism: a portion of the platform's 30% IAP/subscription-app cut and first-party subscription revenue is designed to route to the treasury and to NCCC stakers. Staked NCCC is locked while staked. V1 ships with instant unstake; opt-in cooldown queued for V1.1. Not a yield product.
