2. Quadratic matching boosts you
A matching pool (funded by the DAO + sponsors) is split using(Σ √donation)² math. 100 small donors beat 1 whale. Small counties get a 2-3× population multiplier on their share.
3. Project withdraws + reports
Project payout address withdraws raised + matched NCCC. All transactions on Basescan. Projects post milestone updates so donors see where their NCCC went.
